The front desk lady was amazing when I was checking in. She was so friendly and kind. The hotel lobby was so clean and the hotel smelled clean. The rooms were in perfect order and beds comfortable. The only down side was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we were left outside for close to a half hour while the fire department figured that out. But that’s not the staffs fault at all.

Clean, Comfortable and Friendly Staff

Myself and a friend were in town for a race down the road at the equestrian center. The hotel parking lot was clean and there were many options for parking. The inside was clean, staff friendly to check in. Room was clean, bathroom stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT! I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up needing a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate without issue. I will plan to stay again in the future for races in the area.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this was good for the area. Restaurants nearby, Sonic in the next parking lot even. It was a little pricey but everything else was motel. If I ever come back, I'll stay here again

We feel so fortunate that our hotel in Firest City had (and kept) power following Helene. It was such a safe haven for us and our friends who we came up to visit for their wedding in Rutherfordton. Their cabin was flooded and without power. The breakfast every morning was exceptional!!! Thank you.

Clean and quiet property. Was disappointed with the breakfast service - the milk my daughter had was off, the cereal wasn’t what the label said, there were no plastic knives out to spread condiments and no one was around to ask for help. Other than that the property is good!
