The AC was very loud. The highway noise was constant and loud all night. Stayed on the 2nd floor, the people in the room above us you could hear them when they walked or ran across floor above. Th breakfast was adequate.

Expensive, small, not too clean.

For some reason, it was 3.2 times more expensive than surrounding choices. I was hoping that meant better but it was one of the worst. Next time I will not choose this place to stay, and I’ll avoid this brand as well in case they are all like this.

Spontaneous overnight trip.

The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card.

The room was expensive. I booked it because they had an indoor pool. After we arrived, they shut the pool down due to some mechanical issue. The property overall was not up to the normal Hampton standards. Was a bit older and somewhat less clean.

No hot water in room, no tissues, pool water temperature was very, very cold, no cream or sugar in room for coffee, no tea bags in room, no paper towels in men’s room downstairs. A sign said that feedback is welcome, but when told of some of these things the staff said “oh we have heard that from others too.”

Older Hampton

Older Hampton, clean but tub looked dirty. It was clean but there was some sort of silicone goop on it that made it appear as if it wasn't clean. Staff at desk was friendly. Person in charge of breakfast didn't show up so desk staff had to do both jobs. We have never had to wait to have breakfast before. We won't go back to this Hampton again.

We asked for adjoining rooms, since we were traveling with my mother and children. The lady at the front desk didn’t acknowledge that request and didn’t give us adjoining rooms. Both room were supposed to be non-smoking. One room stunk badly of cigarette smoke, it was disgusting. We had to ask for extra towels because they only gave us two in the room.

The bed had a broken bar sticking out, a family member gashed her leg on it. Two adults and 3 children under 18 were in a room with a Queen and a pull out couch. The front desk would only allow 4 towels, no pool towels had to use room towels to dry off and the towels would not be replaced. Had to go dig out the wet towels and take them to the front desk for 4 dry towels. Cleaning staff was very rude and unhelpful. Great breakfast!!
