Nice hotel, not sure if we will come back
Hotel overall was very nice. Check in service was great. Breakfast was good standard hotel breakfast with waffles. However the hotel room itself was not the greatest, the room was near the elevator and the noise will keep you up at night. The pull out couch was horrible mattress was stained and was uncomfortable to lay on. Kids ended up just sleeping on the couch. Also, they charge $15 a day for parking which was not in the description or any where when I selected this hotel. That was annoying.

Good value with some comfort concerns
The hotel was a good value for the money. The room was spacious and a very good breakfast buffet. Negatives were the hot water was difficult to maintain evenly while taking a shower. The A/C was a bit tricky to find that comfortable temperature to sleep at night and the toilet was very low hard on the knees.

Highly recommend
We stayed here Sep 23-26 for my daughter's birthday and I would recommend it. Omar and his team went above and beyond. I had asked if they did anything special for birthdays thinking maybe a sign on the door but instead, she got balloons and snacks. She was so happy. The smell of the hotel was pleasant and the pools were the perfect temperature. I found the beds to be comfy and the room was quiet to sleep in. The water was always hot when you needed it. We stayed in room 401.

Feeling ripped off
Was only there one night, was surprised they told me there is a $15 parking fee when your site says taxes and fees included. If I go to Walmart or the mall, I don’t pay for parking, what is the difference? Is it not the price of them doing business? If they had no parking for their customers, they would not have customers.
