We were traveling with family of 12 . We arrived two hours early before check in so we waited at the reception . We had a infant baby whoes milk needed to be in the refrigerator since it was a very hot day . We requested to keep bany milk in their refrigerator ( whoes while bottom shelf was empty) . We were refused very rudely. We had to take a cab to buy more milk for baby since her milk was spoiled later . I have never seen such insensitive staff member at a hotel before . Other than this the room and hotel were ok . The hallways and rooms were sprayed very heavily with some horrible freshner .

Quick and easy
We were picked up and dropped at the MIA airport by friendly helpful drivers. Checkin was quick and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has been renovated but still shows its age. We didn’t use the pool. Extremely convenient as a hotel near the airport and would stay again for its value

Very nice hotel and staff!
Very nice updated property. We were able to walk safely in the dark to Old Tom’s sports bar. I would highly recommend this hotel. We used it as a one night stay before a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport and available shuttle to the cruise port for a fee.

Nice Hotel, great value.
I found the property to be clean and a good bang for my buck especially with the incuded breakfast. The staff were helpful and assisted me at check-in although I arrived early, they did their best to organize a room which I was able to get into before the official check-in time. The one negative was not to the hotel itself but to some of the guests who despite the hotel's no smoking policies still did so. More than once, the corridor in front of my room was full of the smell of cigarettes. (This is depite a $250 room cleaning penalty for smoking ....... but maybe that is the trick ..... smoke in the corridor.) Either way, I think hotel staff may need to review the corridor cameras and make it clear that their rules also apply to smoking anywhere in the hotel.
