(I did look for contact details of the hotel to feedback directly but found none having booked on Hotels.com...) It really should be illegal for you to advertise this hotel in this way. It's shocking. I stayed there as it was cheap and there was a gym. Now I know why it was cheap... It's not a hotel... it's a motel with a hotel building out front where NONE of the function rooms are operational. My room had a door to the corridor and a door outside. And the sliding door at the end of the corridor was broken so corridor was open to the elements. It's a building site. I think at least one of the "rooms" had some official notice on it as if it was boarded up. Gym not operational. Smoke alarm in room had been removed and not capped. I have never seen such old and worn furniture, sink, toilet etc. The sheets were clean but I couldn't say if anything else was it was so old. Half of the parking lot is being used for highway construction trucks.

I was looking for an inexpensive room and this came up. The pictures must be 30 years old and I have to say that there is nothing about this place that a bulldozer or a good fire wouldn’t improve.

This place should be condemned. I have no idea how it passes code. There may be 10 working rooms. Everything else gone to ruin. Staff incredibly rude and unhelpful to top it off. Tear it down.

Pretty much not even a hotel. It’s ran down apartments made for long stay guests that have no where to live. Everything smells like cigs everything is dirty. Stains everywhere. If I could burn it down I would. God speed to anyone who decides to stay here.

Not a terrible place but it was creepy and empty. We got it last minute and it was quiet and had a comfortable bed. No breakfast like it had offered on the listing but it was convenient and cheap.

The employees at this property were rude and did not take responsibility for false advertisement. Expedia advertises this property as having rooms with double beds and breakfast included. Neither of those aspects are true. When I attempted to check in the employee rudely repeated, “one bed, one room” and “no breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, no food.” One bed one room one star

When I arrived, the lobby smelled like mildew and mold. They had a fan no a/c. When I entered my room, used towels were left in the bathroom. I called the desk and the of Indian descent brought towels. The room was dirty, the shower had cracks in the wall and the outlet in the bathroom was separated from the wall. I saw a mouse trap under the bed too. This hotel needs the health department to visit them asap. The only plus was having a balcony so I could air out the room and spray Lysol and clean the room with Clorox wipes. The elevator doesn’t work either. Extremely Poor conditions. Shameful ownership and management.

I was given a key that didn’t work, the front desk had to come up the stairs with me (as ALL elevators were not functional) and fix it. Once fixed, the bathroom light wouldn’t even turn on and the phone didn’t work. So, I had to be switched to a new room. Stains on sheets were unsettling, but I was exhausted at this point to complain any further.

Where we will never visit again!

First room we were issued wasn’t smoke free and on the reservation it said non smoking room. Both smoke detectors were detached from the wall,remote was missing, balcony door wouldn’t open, and ac blew hot warm air. We sat and waited bout 20 min for the room to cool off but it just got worst. Once we went to the front desk stood and waited a few minutes before desk clerk came out, we were offered a different room. At first she was hesitant said they had limited rooms. The room we were issued next did have multiple cut marks on the chair that was in there and the bed seamed to be missing screws as it shook when getting into it and sounded like it was going to break but the ac worked. There was water damage in the bathroom above the shower and mold was forming. The entire hotel smells like water pipes busted and they hadn’t fixed it. Only thing this place had going for it was it employee was polite.

The building is being renovated the first room wreaked of smoke had a hole in the wall in the toilet didn't work the second room was slightly better but still the mattress had stains the linens had holes in them the lobby does not look like the picture nor do the rooms I was horrified when I arrived it was not what I thought I was getting at all
