Great Location, easy to walk to the old city. Only 10 minutes walk to the tram stop. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is varied with a good selection of foods. Free water and coffee all day. Staff are polite and helpful. We would choose this hotel again.

We stayed here as a family of 20 and it was great. Rooms: We ranged between Triple , Double and accessible rooms. The rooms offer a kettle/tea etc, wardrobe, Iron, Blankets , Hairdryer. Or these items can be requested. Location: Location was fantastic a 15 min walk to the Herolds gate towards the Masjid. On the way down you will come across cafes, shops , stalls which are all very handy. Staff: All Staff were amazing and very helpful/Kind. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again Zeynah

The Hotel New Capitol is a lovely hotel. Surrounded by shops just three minutes walk from Herod's Gate. Great for those who want to walk and explore the Old City of Jerusalem and its holy sites. All the staff are very professional, friendly and always willing to help. Thank you and I see you soon.

I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Offered me coffe as I waited, gived me a room before they even got confirmation from hotels.com that it was okey to switch. Upgraded the room with balcony, water etc just to be nice. The next day they offered me breakfast free of charge. The hotel is maybe not brand new, but ill take this hotel over any luxury hotel any day because of the friendly and serviceminded staff.
