Hotels in North Java

"We stayed at the Attican Motel while spending the day at Darien Lake and seeing a concert that night. It is only a 15 minute drive away. The motel sits on a hill above the main road, so it was pretty quiet. The photos don’t really do it justice and it looks even nicer in person. It’s a quaint family-run establishment and care has been taken to keeps things up to date for the most part. We were very comfortable here. Two things you’ll want to be prepared for though: 1) A $50 deposit is required at check-in. Bring cash because if you use a card, you only get $40 back. 2) The air conditioner works well, but is very old and noisy. Ear plugs are recommended if you’re going to use it. "

"Last year when we ate breakfast there, there was a woman that kept everything stocked. It seems they got rid of her because we had to go to the main desk and ask for items. For example, we had to ask for green tea, yogurts, English muffins, knives, etc. I couldn't find any receptacles for recyclables (cans or bottles). The WIFI was VERY spotty. "

"If you’re thinking about staying here…. Do it, it’s perfect, so relaxing, the accommodation is gorgeous and sitting on a morning with a cup of coffee watching the horses, listening to the chickens and then the goats come along to visit. I only wish I had booked a longer stay than two nights "
