The staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. "The hotel staff was not mean, but they was not welcoming. The staff placed copy of my passport on the wall on a clip board for anyone that came could see my personnel information. I asked the staff the remove the copy of my passport from the wall, but they refused. My room smelled like mold. Plus, no one clean my room for my entire reservation. They are better affordable places in the area. I would not recommend anyone this place."

"This place is so beautiful! Incredible views from the cliff towards the sea and Alona beach which is super accessible by some stairs. I stayed as a solo traveler and was so conveniently located, close to Alona beach and all the scuba diving schools. The food is great too! The staff here are so kind and attentive and just amazing. I booked a transfer to the hotel with Amorita from the seaport very last minute and they kindly arranged it for me (at an extra cost) and the driver, Romel was so helpful sharing tips and information about the island. I can’t wait to return."

"We had an amazing stay here, we had a beachfront villa which was gorgeous! Such a great view of the palm trees and sea. The amenities and spa were good - great private pool near the garden villas and a massage right next to the sea front. The staff were great, we just found it frustrating we had to constantly give our room numbers to staff and security, felt like they didn’t really need to do this for every interaction. The menu and food was ok/good, I would suggest they put on more specials as the food options got a little boring. Otherwise would recommend this hotel as it was very special location"

"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."

The resort’s SEADS restaurant covers breakfast, lunch and dinner serving delicious food. The sunset view is spectacular from @ NZV as well. Best place to be in Panglao island."
