"The property is getting very tired and in need of renovation and replacement of fixtures/fittings etc. Situ of property is excellent and no issues with staff. I arrived not knowing there wasn’t a lift at the property and I’m am on crutches. Our room was changed within 10 minutes to a ground floor upgraded room at no extra charge. Lovely

"This is a really nice clean well appointed family hotel with plentiful helpful friendly staff with good English. If you’re ‘early to bed’ types I’d suggest not getting a sea view room as the kids outside evening entertainment is quite loud and goes on until fairly late. That’s the only thing I’d forewarn of, otherwise a lovely place to stay."

"I've booked for my parents (mom &dad) this newly opened hotel in the beautiful area of Ain Draham, imagine staying in a room with blocked bathroom floor sink, a flood at every shower, for elderly persons above 80 years, any fall it could be fatal for them, they called the manager and his answer : we can do anything just after showering call the house keeping to come and clean. i' really disappointed, this beautiful hotel deserves better management and service.
