"The floors were filthy, the shower curtain was gross and there were hairs in the shower. It’s not been this bad before when I have stayed and on top of it I was questioned about a service animal that I had brought there before, so much so the attendant remembered my name. I believe this will likely be my last stay. I had to purchase towels because we had to walk with the hotel towels under our feet"
