"We stayed here 2 nights while we traveled around Colorado for our honeymoon! Good price for last minute booking. Desk staff was nice, room was clean. Loved having 2 separate sinks. It wasn’t a problem for us but would note that if you have mobility issues they do not have elevators for second floor rooms. We didn’t eat the breakfast but looked like cereal and bagels available. Snacks and water refill station in office. We would stay here again! "
"Fantastic place to stay. Amazing value. Property was immaculate. There is a restaurant adjacent to the property. The room was beautifuly decorated. Shower was amazing. Nice hot water. Consistent flow. Room had all the amenities that you would desire for a comfortable night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Ample supply of pillows. There is no front desk. Everything is done remotely. Highly recommend"
"Located not far from town and having a great view of the mountains, this hotel was very satisfying to stay at. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was not too bad, could have more variety than chili, cereal, deviled eggs, oatmeal, frozen waffles and bread. I always like having scrambled eggs and bacon when I’m on the road.
Our room was on the first floor and had access to the parking lot from our room, which made it convenient to unload our luggage from the truck to the room. Along with another door to the hallway, it was a short walk to the main lobby.
I did love they have an arcade in house and had a variety of games and board games.
Highly recommend."
"We didn't spend very much time on the property but liked how it was set up. We will keep it in mind for a family or group lodging where there are multiple ages and entertainment interests. Watching the elk in front of the Admin bldg was the highlight for us. We loved camps as kids and this felt like the same kind of fun."
"There were a lot of great things about our 2-night stay at the Coyote Mountain Lodge. Our room was located in the new building and was a spacious suite with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. A herd of Elk greeted us at our front door, which hung around the Lodge for some great viewing and pictures throughout our stay. The mattress, linens, and pillows were awesome. Bathroom and shower were great, as were the amenities that even included makeup remover wipes....nice touch. It's rare to be able to get a good night's sleep in hotels, but this was one of the best things about the Lodge. Now, the things we didn't like.....We arrived at 2:30 PM and asked if we could check in early. We were told that the room was ready but we would have to pay $20 for early check-in or come back at 4 PM. We opted to come back at 4. I believe the front desk person was not comfortable delivering this message because she was a bit abrupt and not very pleasant about it. The room and bathroom was lovely and very nicely appointed, however, the carpet was worn and dirt stained along the path from the front door to the deck. There was also a big piece [about 2" x 6"] of the carpet torn out by the front door which was not a good first impression. The coffee maker was substandard for a room at this price. We were also charged an additional $20 for a late check-out of 1 hour extra, but it was worth it to take one more mountain hike before leaving."
