Kolping Hotel Hoima

Kolping Hotel Hoima

8/10 Good
"The property was lovely with friendly and helpful staff, spacious and airy rooms and good facilities. The gardens and grounds were cool and well kept. The city was bustling so expect some night time city noise. When we stayed there was some building works in the main entry which meant in the common areas there was some dust. But this should be temporary."

10/10 Excellent
"My stay was perfect. The staff and the food was tremendous. Benjamin the Chef outdoes himself every meal. You feel like your in a 5 star restaurant. The food is beautifully prepared and presented and it tastes good too! I have stayed at Ishasha Jungle lodge a sister lodge so expected it would be a nice spot to spend a few nights but it was even better than Ishahsha was. They gracefully served my Ugandan friend and her 3 children for lunch and didn't seem to mind the 3 kids zooming around after enjoying lunch. The staff, Ema, Susan, Ali (the manager) and Benjamin the Chef were all just amazingly cheerful and efficient. The tiny gift shop has some cute items and t shirts. Just a perfect place to stay after hours of driving."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Buseruka

  1. Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Buseruka is during May, June, and November, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For a fulfilling experience that covers the essential landmarks, cultural sites, and natural beauty of Buseruka, a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended. This duration allows you to explore attractions such as the national park and various historical sites, all while enjoying great value for money. With the potential for prices to drop during these months, it's an ideal opportunity for those travelling on a budget.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Buseruka, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Enabling email alerts or push notifications can keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, increasing your chances of securing a great deal. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool on the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed choices. With these resources, you’re more likely to see good availability and flexible booking options for your getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at the Buseruka hotel. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we will suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, helping you secure the best deal.
  4. Consider your location: Staying closer to major attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with higher expenses. For more affordable options, you might want to consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the sites you intend to visit. Additionally, exploring independent hotels located further out can often offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
