"The location was perfect for visiting the area. The hotel is outdated as evidence by the rugs n the hallways. The jacuzzi temperature was like warm at best. The front desk clerk gave us an old WiFi password. The breakfast is substance."

8/10 Good
"All staff were delightful and kind. Upon arrival our room had damage (hole in wall from door handle, broken cabinet, toilet paper fixture dangling from wall, broken lamp) - we requested another room. The amenities in our suite were minimal causing us to have to move things around to accommodate our needs for a 3 night stay. No suitcase stands, no place to unpack your folded items (dresser), 1 hook in the bathroom for wet towels. Both rooms were visibly in need of care and maintenance. The amenities in the common areas are nice and themed with a good vibe."

"My only concern is we were checked out of our room, after our very first night and apparently checked into a different room on day 2. We did not know until we tried to come back and get into our room. Which was locked. I'm just thankful they didn't check anybody else into our "old" room that all of our stuff was in. So crisis averted, and I would give a 4 to 5 star review aside from that, they did fix it promptly. And the manager came up to make sure we were able to get in and everything looked good!"
