"I love the location of this hotel. It is very central, thus it is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, landmarks and the harbour where we catched the boat for a notrthern lights tour. It might be noisy if you have one of the front rooms, but we were so tired from the day activities that it didn't bother us. If you are looking for a night life, there are bars and restaurants accross the street. During winter, they have a skating ring for kids in the plaza in front of it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable for the three of us. We didn't get the chance to try the hotel's restaurant. However we tried the famous icelandic hot dog, which is a two minutes walk from the hotel, and Sæta Svínið Gastropub across the street. Both were very good."

"Hotel is ideally placed for a stop off either on arrival or departure from the airport, it was modern and clean with good facilities. It provides a handy airport shuttle. Bed was comfy and parking convenient. Staff were warm and welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay again."
