"great check in/check out experience! clean and spacious room, amenities were perfect. Location to city centre and airport ideal. I also loved the free shuttle to/from airport - very convenient and drivers were great. Also appreciated the coffee/snack bar in the lobby - also very convenient! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work! i will be back if the opportunity arises."
"The staff was courteous, available to help. The cleaning person was courteous . The only thing I was disappointed was the room and the bathroom were strech"
"The room was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need. Very quiet at night, too. We had an issue with the first room we were given and the team worked quickly to move us into another room. Would stay here again!"
"A delight of a hotel. Lovely staff, who are friendly and attentive, which creates a great atmosphere. Beautifully renovated hotel with quirky features that make you smile. Lovely room - snug but with everything you need. David, the manager, does an exceptional job of welcoming guests and is very visible. Taking dinner at the hotel is a must - the dishes created by Cian, the head chef, are outstanding. The haddock fish and chips were the best I’ve ever tasted (and I’m English!) and I would also highly recommend the Beef and Guinness Pithivier (French pie) with it’s light but delicious pastry, melt in the mouth beef and rich and deep bone broth. Even the simple side dish of carrots was delicious. Saiful, our server, was attentive, despite how busy the restaurant was (and probably always is), very cheerful and helpfully recommended dishes to us. We will definitely return to this hotel - the location is also excellent - but it’s all about the feel of the hotel that David, Cian and all the staff enhance with their attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the hotel and for giving customers the best experience they can in all aspects of their stay. I cannot recommend the hotel more highly."
