"The room was very basic and my problem was the lack of electrical outlets. The room also was very dark. The style is old fashioned although it is obvious that the wood work (doors, bed, etc.) are actually very recent. I was annoyed that the air conditioning unit was dripping water down the wall. This needs to be taken care of. "

"Front desk staff was very friendly. I suggest that the breakfast area have a sign reflecting that you can only eat there in the cafeteria and not take food out. Other guest tried and were told that they were on camera. The room was a little warm. The ATM is steps away from the hotel. Dont let the ATM give you the exchange rate but your own bank. Again staff extremely friendly and helpful."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city.
A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Everything was truly worthy of five stars! A special mention goes to the manager, Michael, who was extremely proactive, professional, welcoming and friendly. A real credit to this hotel, even if he does support the Magpies!

"Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again."
