"Breakfast was both fresh, and well refreshed each morning. Same for dinner in the evening. Rooms we're lovely and clean, had great linen.and a good size balcony. Staff were V friendly and accomodating."

"The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat."

" We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. "
