A little gem of an hotel. The rooms maybe a little bijou but the staff and its' location more than make up for that. Breakast is a good buffet. Cereal, meat, cheese, pasties etc .Should i return to Arles i would definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel with nice staff. This hotel is on the outskirts of town, it is not central. There is no laundry service onsite which hotels.com advertised. The laundromat is down the street off site and you must sit there 1-1.5 hours . There is no elevator.

Worst arrival I’ve had in an hotel anywhere in the world. Absolutely no parking even to ‘ just stop’ near the hotel. Guests are expected to park in car park 6 mins no away so that you have to carry your luggage back to the hotel in the heat! Very very sad as A I was looking forward to my stay and B I never , ever left a review like this before.

The room (#12) was so very small that one had to stay in bed so the other could walk to closet or desk. There was literally 18 inches between to bed and the walls. There were no drawers for clothes, so one had to live out of a suitcase. A very small hanging rack served as a closet. The bathroom had a small glass shelf for toiletries, but no shelf i the shower for soaps or shampoo. The photos on their website were obviously of larger suites, however it seemed like bait and switch to advertise photos of suites and then put two adults in a child-sized room. The building is lovely, and the staff was kind, but the room ruined the stay for us.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nahe bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Récéption sind die Angestellten enorm hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum hat viel Charme, das Frühstück bietet leckere Speisen. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 12) ist winzig, kann mir zwei Gäste darin schlicht nicht vorstellen. Ebenso das Bad. Der Balkon bot ca. 1m2 Platz, da er total vollgestellt ist.

Veldig fint hotell, med eksepsjonell service. Ble møtt ute og fikk hjelp med koffertene inn og opp på rommet som var i 2. etasje. Ble alltid møtt med et hyggelig smil. Rent og fint rom. Alt i alt, veldig fornøyd, og kommer til og velge dette hotellet igjen neste gang jeg skal til Arles!

Séjour parfait avec beaucoup de disponibilités de la part de tout le personnel. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour y revenir entre les visites. Etat impeccable et petit-déjeuner très complet et avec des produits locaux et frais. On recommande !
