Clean, comfortable, hospitable staff
Very clean rooms and visuals/set-up are as described/advertised. Hospitable staff able to speak English, who can help you organize your trips in Marrakech and the area, along with organizing local transport at a fair price. Area is located ~20 minutes away from the main part of town, but safe and easy walk.

Good hostel vibe hotel in bad part of the medina
The riad istself is ok. More of a Hostel encvironment. But it is in a bad neighborhood. At night, alking back, cars would actuallly stop to tell me it wasn't safe for me to be walking around there at night.

Amazing experience! I stayed here with my two small girls and the staff was great. Mustafa went out of his way to pick us up when the shuttle dropped us off on the outside of the Medina wall. We arrived very late in the evening and it was a piece of mind knowing we had someone to personally walk us to the riad. He took the time to explain to us the map, how to get in/around Marrakech and was above and beyond helpful. I wish every place we have stayed at had superb service such as Riad dar Azul!!! Very satisfied & pleased.

This is a wonderful spot and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was one of the nicest of the several other hotels and riads we visited. The bathroom/shower area was large, the beds were comfortable, and the room was beautiful as were the rest of the riad.

I highly recommend this great Riad!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Azul. It is a beautiful small hotel in a Riad (a traditional house with courtyard). We were very comfortable. There's a beautiful rooftop terrace and a small pool to relax in. The hotel also includes breakfast and offers spa and hammam facilities at an extra cost. The staff was amazingly helpful and honest about our local surroundings giving us precautions. The hotel had information on excursions as well that were well below the prices I'd researched online (~-$20) for the same trips including pickup and drop off. The location is fantastic in the Medina but also close to an exit. We did not take one taxi to get around Marrakesh the week we stayed. At the amazing price per night this hotel cannot be beat.

Perfect spot for a Marrakesh holiday
Traveled as a family of four with a toddler, the hotel staff were gracious and hospitable. The location is perfect and easy to find, very near to everything. It felt like a home stay, Moroccan style. Highly recommended...

Nice riad but the triple room a little small cramped. Beds were comfy, but no extra room in the triple room for people to move around or for storing any luggage. A couple of common areas to sit in when we felt cramped in the room. However, in the evenings, the desk worker would smoke at the desk (in a non smoking hotel) making it very uncomfortable to be in our room, right beside the front desk, or in the common areas surrounding the desk. Breakfasts were great and the morning staff very helpful and pleasant

Easy to find and excellent accommodations.
I have stayed at several riyads in Marrakech and in Morocco and would rank this at the top of the list. Great service and location. It is close to the exterior wall of the city which is very convenient for me as I arrive in a vehicle and thus can park within easy walking distance and not worry about getting lost in the labyrinth of Marrakech or worse try to park in there.

A lovely place to stay
We had a great stay here
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us tips on what to see or arrange external trips.
Breakfasts were delicious and there was a cozy fire in the evenings (we were there in feb so chilly at night)
Room and ensuite were nice and clean, the riad was tastefully decorated and there was a small roofterrace, ideal for relaxing and recharging.

Lovely riad in a quiet location
I loved the riad. It was quiet awsy from all the tourists and madness however only a 15 minute walk to the centre.
It was clean safe and the staff were wonderful and looked after me especially as i was a woman alone.
Food fab too. Good hamman and massage.
Having a quiet roof top to enjoy my beeskfast and sunbathe was wonderful.

Don't be put off that it is not in the centre!
On your first day, it seems worrying that you will not be able to find your way - but the staff are fantastic and will not let you struggle with anything! By day 2 you will realise that you are actually in the best place!! I would encourage anyone to stay here.

We had a great stay at Ryad Nana, a gorgeous little place in Marrakesh. We were made very welcome and felt like a part of the family. Excellent food, I would definately recommend ordering off the Ryad menu! We also had AMAZING massages. Great place to stay.

First of all location is far away from center. Before my arrival day i ringed and i have been informed that its 15 minutes by walk only but in real its 30 minutes and if its your first time in Marrakech you can lost easily in zig zag streets. Second thing is that Riad should mentioned that they accept payment of ciuty tax and airport pick up by cash. I have been to several hotels in world and every one take payment by cash or card but this riad not. Third if you have shortage of cash you have to take cash from bank.Staff is good. My suggestion is that book the Riad near to center where you can easily get taxi and lot of things to do. Last thing at night 10:30 PM staff ringed my door and said to me that you have pending amount. I said in morning before check out i will pay he said no you have to pay right now. If reception is 24 hours then why asking at sleeping time
