A clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in an excellent location for exploring the beautiful old city of Freiburg. I would be very happy to stay here again. The room is fairly small, but there’s plenty of room for what is needed.

Un séjour fantastique
Séjour fantastique, hôtel agréable, personnel serviable et très discrets. Nous avons aimé la proximité avec la vieille ville, la chambre était agréable, l'hôtel bien insonorisé et le petit déjeuner est incroyable (mention pour la partie vegan). Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine virée à Fribourg en Brisgau sans hésiter.

Wie immer im Motel One: kleines, nettes, sehr sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage (zur Rückseite, ohne Straßenlärm), 5. Etage. Die Parkgarage gegenüber ist günstiger als die vom Hotel. Frühstück im Hotel nicht genutzt: es gibt so viele kleine, schnuckelige Cafés in Freiburg. Lage sehr zentral zum Shopping.

Das Frühstück findet im Bereich der Lobby statt. Anstelle von normalen Tischen und Stühlen gibt es gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, die zwar gemütlich zum Entspannen und Cocktails trinken einladen, jedoch nicht wirklich zum Essen / Frühstück geeignet sind.

2 Nächte gebucht und 2 Nächte nicht geschlafen! Die Wände sind so dünn als würden sie nicht existieren. Personal ist auf Anfrage nicht eingegangen, nicht versucht irgendetwas anzubieten oder zu kompensieren. Es wurde auf den Hotelmanager verwiesen. Licht und Bad schrecklich. Zimmer sehr, sehr klein. Service in Deutschland kennt man nicht. Andere Länder sowie Hotels sind viel besser. Werde mich beim Manager beschweren. Es wird kein Motel One mehr gebucht!
