Riu at Christmas
The hotel lobby is very nice. There is a great small coffee shop behind the security area. Check in was fine. Jefferson, a bell hop, literally ran a block to find our UBER! Great help… and definitely one of their best employees. The consignor should not be in that position. Absolutely zero knowledge about anything! Rooms are ok…bathrooms need work. Frosted glass walls…why?? We stayed just last night to see the Rockettes. For the price paid, never again!

I found the front desk & a tech that visited our room to be awful. They lack appropriate/ basic customer service skills. Example: Tech showed and his first words what is the problem - no hello, how are you, etc. The Front Desk asked for items but gave no explanation as to why?
