Not a bad place for the price. My room faced the main road and I could definitely hear it all night, but no complaints otherwise. The shower was actually really nice with great water pressure. The room was very clean overall.

The hotel said the order breakfast… the only thing the had was toast coffe and tea and my blanket on my bed was dirty

Person at check in not very friendly. Got to the room and there were no washcloths or towels.They did deliver them as soon as I asked. Basic room clean. Coffeemaker micro and fridge were nice to have. Very close to North Shore University Hospital.

For the price it is a nice stay, seems like a good nieghborhood, shops in the area close pretty early, so I would come prepared, it was convenient with parking for a stay for the night

Price was fair. Room was a bit small but clean . Nice flatscreen TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room which is a nice perk . Ample and easy parking.Great Asian restaurant steps away. Coffee and tea available in lobby in the morning.

Bed was extremely small we paid for a queen size and definitely did not get a queen only one pillow per person which were extremely lumpy. barely any toilet paper on roll and no extras in room. There was a coffee maker and cups but no coffee packs or condiments for it. Although they did offer coffee down stairs in the lobby would of been nice to have some in room for when we were getting ready and just relaxing in room.

The staff was good..Front desk, was very helpful and pleasant.Manager BOB is very helpful, and inquire if you you are comfortable or do you need anything. Also Roger, front desk clerk. But manager Bob definitely is 💯 percent helpful. They cares if you enjoy your stay, and they help you do that .. I highly recommend you visit here.

Absolutely 💯 friendly workers. Manager Bob is exceptionally good at making sure you are happy and comfortable. Also Roger, front desk guy. Prices are reasonable. Compare to all the other hotels. Walking distance to everything! You name it. But most of all. Staff here is absolutely helpful and accommodating. Thk you
