Lovely location with great view. It was quiet when we were there but don’t think we would like to be there when the hotel side is operating because our room was right next to the hotel bistro and a balcony leading from bar was very close to our room

Older accommodation. Lots of steps to climb if older, no lifts available. Staff average friendly. Close to restaurants and is in the centre of Batemans Bay so easy to get around.

This is a updated property a short walk into the main street. The car parking is free and secure under the building over 2 levels. The Receptionist was helpful and the cleaners lovely. The room isn't big but had everything we needed. The room wasn't waterfront and was located above a courtyard area. Quite a lot of noise came up from below - voices seemed to really carry.
