Quaint inn with tons of character and conveniently located to the town square and shopping and restaurants. Only an 8 min walk to train station. 1 min walk from my all time favorite bakery.

Great location, but the bathtub is odd, uncomfortable and unsafe for showering. Lobby looks nice, but the rooms are worn and not updated. Breakfast food was very good, but breakfast area was very cramped. Luggage holding was excellent.

Comfortable & nice.
It was a good size room, clean enough, did not smell even though the hotel is older. We realize there is no coffee provided in most hotel in Denmark, but receptionist was kind enough to loan us a kettle. However, try not to come on Sunday or Monday. Majority of shops are closed on Sundays. The attractions are closed on Sunday and Mondays.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is superb - - a few minutes away (walk) from the Roskilde Station and you can start your shopping experience the moment you step out from the hotel. The room is rather old and has no air-conditioner.

Location is perfect! We checked in early for a small fee. Walked to everything. Our room was great. Several large windows overlooking the cobblestone walkways. The parking is tight. The shower is the problem. it is not designed well and water runs out. Make sure you have extra towels as they will be needed to keep the water from running out of the flooded bathroom. Our pre-check in person was not as friendly as we would have liked, but the rest of the staff was wonderful.

Check-in and room is a steam bath
Check in is a pain. Need to have a person check you in NOT a computer. And then I had to register my car separately. Ridiculous if you going to make me check myself in, it should be all together. No air conditioning, top floor was a steam bath upon my arrival. At least open the windows and turn on the fan prior to residents checking in. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

Lower points due to Expedia's management of the stay. Expedia did not provide a means to contact the hotel, which was difficult to approach by car. Entering the address into the GPS directed me to an illegal turn into a pedestrian zone. After (legally) parking in the neighborhood and walking to the hotel, the staff gave me a different address to use for the approach by car. Expedia should have provided a phone number to contact the hotel, which would have saved me a considerable amount of time, after traveling all day.

Sentral beliggenhet
Sentral beliggenhet, nært togstasjonen og ligger i gågaten. Litt slitt, men veldig rent rom. Det var et hyggelig frokostrom og god økologisk frokost med nybakte brød (både mørkt, mellomgrovt og fint), omelett, kokte egg, amerikanske pannekaker, ost, kalkunpålegg, leverpostei, salami, syltetøy og grønnsaker. Juice, kaffe og te. Masse forskjellige søte boller, croissanter og wienerbrød. Frukt. Sengen var dessverre for hard til dårlig rygg, men det finnes visst rom med mykere senger på forespørsel. Ikke airkondition, men mulig å åpne vinduet og ekstra vifte for sommerbruk. Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personell.

Vi havde på forhånd læst mange dårlige anmeldelser , og var derfor lidt skeptiske. Men lige meget hvor vi så hen var alt i top, værelset var fint og rent, morgenmaden var lækker , ikke for meget, men lidt og velsmagende. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Så dejligt ophold. Regnen kunne de vel ikke gøre for 😂

En dejlig overnatning i Roskilde
Vi fik et hyggeligt værelse med udsigt til Domkirken. Ikke noget særligt men der var alt hvad vi havde brug for. Badeværelset er ikke stort, men dejligt at der er en toiletbørste.
