Very old room :(
Very old room. I will not prefer to stay in that room again. Poorly maintained bathroom and equipment. It is good to have a parking lot, the staff is very attentive. I wish they would renew the rooms, it would be a great hotel. The location is great.

Pleasent Stay
Comefortable and pleasent stay and an enjoyable 3 day break away from the UK,Hotel is situated just across from the Railway Station and a few minutes away from centre of town ,Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ,the Hotel is old and dated but comfortable to stay and the breakfast was very good,i would return to stay again if ever in Venlo.

Located opposite the rail and bus stations and a short walk to the town centre, it's very convenient. The character hotel was very welcoming. The single room was a decent size and comfortable. Only a small pillow was provided ( a huge square one was in wardrobe). Bed was ok and I slept well. Breakfast was a delight with hot and cold fare. Though replenishment wasn't always timely. Die Unterkunft war deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Das 4 Bett Zimmer lag in einem alten heruntergekommenen Gebäudeteil mit Zugang durch den Speisesaal. Enge Flure, gammelige Teppiche auf schiefen Böden. Kein Fahrstuhl wie angegeben. Das war wirklich ein Problem für unseren alten Hund, da er somit sie enge steile Treppe hochgetragen werden musste. Das Zimmer war mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Betten waren zum Teil sehr schlecht, das Bad dunkel und alt. Das Frühstück war auch schlecht, trockene Brötchen, kaum genießbares Rührei und sonst war auch nichts tolles dabei. Eines der schlechtesten Hotels, das ich gebucht habe. Positiv ist das wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Dafür gibt es einen Extrastern.

Eine Unsaubere Unterkunft.!! Das zimmer im ersten stock war für uns älteres Ehepaar in den stark verwinkelten treppenfluren nur sehr schwer ohne Aufzug zuerreichen. Mit kompletten koffern musste man zudem durch die engen stuhlreihen des Frühstückraumes. Alles in allem eine sehr überteuerte Unsaubere Absteige. Sah auf den bildern völlig anders aus. Sind vorzeitig wieder weitergereist und können dieses Hotel NICHT WEITER EMPFEHLEN.
