We were told check out was at 11 am. On the morning of check out, someone with the cleaning staff was banging on our door at 10:15 demanding to know if we were staying over or checking out. 15 minutes later, the front desk was calling our room to ask, again, if we were leaving. The woman on the phone was actually lecturing my boyfriend about "leaving on time" despite the fact that we were actively getting ready to leave when the first guy banged on our door.

Staff was unable to converse about questions and concerns. The hotel was dirty. In five days cleaning staff showed up once. That was at 830 am when we were all sleeping. The pool was terrible and had not been treated for sometime. Breakfast was a joke. Avoid this place. Bad service.

Don't stay here. Rooms are old and dirty. The room smelled the whole night. I bought sheets at Walmart to cover the filthy sheets on the bed. I had a handicap accessible room and other than large doorways there were no grab bars or a seat for the bath. I asked for a seat for the bath and they brought me an office chair. They didn't have a shower chair. I have Spina Bifida so I could not shower. I believe this is breaking the law. I will complain to the corporation that owns this chain.

Better than expected during a hurricane
The beds are extremely comfortable. My only drawback was that the refrigerator had defrosted with a shallow pan below it. Subsequently, the pan overflowed. As Hurricane Debby was doing her thing and no maid service that time of day, I used a bath towel to clean it up. I was surprised to see no dirt on that towel…kudos to housekeeping! Buckets and ice cube buckets had been set out to catch water flowing from the 2nd floor. While all were holding water, it was a losing battle to keep the walkway dry…signs were posted to advise guest with signage of the slip/fall hazard.

The carpet in the room was full of stains didnt smell fresh had to move the desk so i could plug my computet in the shower curtain didnt stay closed. Also there was not a do not disturb sign anywhere

Where's my deposit?!
I never received my deposit back. It's been 6 days and they said I'd get it back Tuesday.The room was dirty. Pubic hairs on the sink. Big stain on the floor. Door was hard to open. Lady at front desk when I checked in was great. But lady when I checked out was rude and said our deposit would be put back in 2 days. Still..no deposit and I want my $50 back asap
