The property indicates 2 beds - there was only 1 that was useable. One elevator wa broken- 45 min wait on Sunday

Relatively clean. Good communication. Not a hotel, short term condo rental. Location is great if going to blue jays game, CN Tower. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Elevator situation in the building was extremely frustrating, took up to 30 to get from your floor to the lobby, there are many building residents that are very frustrated with the tourist traffic in there building. If you’re ok with the long elevator waits it would be a good place to stay. Personally I would not stay there again because of this.

This was a great property easy to get anywhere by walking or streetcars. The staff/owner were very professional and accommodating. The property was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

- Hard to communicate (No direct phone number) - Picking up key elsewhere instead of using digital key - Booked 2 nights for 4 people (2 towels?)

This place is not well maintained and very poorly furnished. To say that you could cook in the kitchen would be a joke - one single drinking glass, no dish towels to wash the one single pan, etc. it is by no means an “executive” condo, so beware. There was also a mild smell to the unit. Most of the elevators to the 28th floor are typically out of service - once waited 30 minutes to get down.

Amazing location if you are going to the ball game (Rogers Centre). Easy walking as it’s very central to most attractions. The unit was very comfortable, spacious and had amazing views of the City. Property Manager was prompt to respond and followed up regularly. The elevators are a little slow (if located on the higher levels).

The location for what was needed for this trip was very good. The Condo building was nice, but quite busy as people were arriving and departing daily. We had the unfortunate experience as one of elevators were down for two days. The condo we rented was nice however the beds were to low on the floor. There were no wash cloths, just towels. Kitchen had no drying towels or dish cloths. Had a coffee maker with filters but no Coffee. Maybe a Keurig coffee maker would be better for renter to purchase type of coffee. Could not adjust temperature. The worst part for us was getting access to picking up the keys to the condo. Our opinion is the owner needs to have a different system and or location for key pick-up. Overall 4 stars

The condo was amazing the service was terrible. Firstly they moved my original booking from 500 ft street to Peter street and never informed me I had to inquire. Check in was late! The key was not where it was supposed to be at 5 pm. The agent was rude and dismissive still waiting to speak to an actual person or manager. My car got illegally clamped and vandalized at the parking place of the condo. Lost an entire day of my vacation! Will never be back!

After recently staying in Toronto for the first time this past May at Loft Suites, I returned for an extended period at Cityplace Suites this time around. I was met with disappointment to begin my trip due to the poor communication that resulted in an unsettling arrival. I would suggest finding any way for your guests to retrieve their room keys that doesn’t involve the worry about stopping by a lockbox located in a convenient store especially if you’re arriving at a late time during the night. It’s a headache for all involved which I hope to see changed in the near future. I was pleased throughout the rest of my stay after the stress of getting in my room passed. The room was clean and smelled fresh, but could definitely use renovations to a few appliances as well as fresh painting throughout the entirety of the room. I did not experience issues with any of the elevators as others have mentioned in their reviews and was completely satisfied with the rest of my stay overall. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, and the environment is safe and comforting. With minor changes, I believe this could be a spot that would be beneficial to anyone visiting the Toronto Enteetaonment District especially for a lengthy period.

Know what you’re getting. Yes, this is a condo and that is well spelled out. However, you need to walk two blocks to get the key out of a lockbox in a convenience store which is not communicated to you until 24 hours before check-in - and return it there - likely while hauling your bags. It is NOT two bedrooms - it is one bedroom with sliding cardboard dividers in what should be the dinning area. Also, according to the security, the building is about 30% short term rental so a lot of people are coming and going around check-in and check-out times, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more for the elevator (up or down) - yes, 15 minutes. The unit was not well stocked, it had coffee pods but not a coffee machine that accepted pods. The towels were a hodgepodge mix of old towels and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. But if you’re going to a blue jays game or the CN Tower, it’s very close

Don't go too early, don't leave too early too...

The property was clean, the bed comfortable. The location was on spot. But... It was difficult to retrieve the key at the check in. We were told there was no early check in so we waited till 5PM to get the keys at a store nearby. We had to call the reception because the keys weren't a the pick up location. We had to wait again... Same thing happened at the check out. We had to bring back the key at the same store but it was closed. We had to turn back to the hotel once again to leave the keys there. Early check out (before 8am) is impossible.

Modern apartment with great view, great gym - but no service despite quoted as “serviced apt” - after three days nobody shown up to clean etc - no ammenities (coffee, milk, bottle water), very spartan - keys had to be picked (and drooped on checkout) in a different place, two blocks away - winter rain, carrying bags made it an interesting challenge - in summary, not what you expect for a $600/day accommodation.
Gus, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from the very beginning. It started when we went to the lockbox to pick up our keys but they were not there, but no one seemed to think they should contact us to let us know that. Had to wait over 20 minutes past the time we were told we could check in. Next, we get to the parking garage and there is no key fob attached to our bundle of keys. So that caused a bit of a back up, to say the least for us in the garage. Then, in the condo, in order to turn on the bathroom light, you had to have the light out in the entryway, turned on which also turns on what they claim to call a second bedroom, which is no bigger than a closet with temporary walls up. So if you got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you had to turn basically every light on in the place. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. There were no pillows or blankets for the fifth person who had to sleep on the pullout couch. Claimed to have body wash, but there was only a bare minimum of it left when we checked in. The balcony was filthy.
