The service from everyone I came into contact at this hotel was first class. From checking in, they couldn’t have done any more. I had an issue with my room key getting back into my room after a morning run and they sorted it out for me straight away and had a laugh with me about it. Also gave me a free gift for my son who wasn’t even with me. I’ve stayed in this part of Paris numerous times as it’s a good location near the metro and cheaper than right in the centre, and would without question stay here again.

J ai booké pr un court sejour de 2 jours à Paris espérant profiter et visiter plusieurs endroits. Une fois arrivé à l hôtel on nous attribué la chambre 303 ( si on vous l attribue, REFUSEZ) la chambre a un problème de bruit super fort qui ne cesse de vibrer sur le coté droit au dessus du ventilateur et l hôtel est au courant. Une fois installé dans la chambre le bruit a commencé à se faire entendre, on se disait c est peut etre des travaux ça va se calmer. Mais le problème c était vraiment la nuit, nous n avons pas pu dormir du tout du tout, le bruit retentisser après chaque minute. Toute la nuit on était éveillé malgré la fatigue. On a appelé plusieurs fois à la réception et ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre mais que ça n allait être possible que midi. Et il s est juste excusé en disant que c était la seule chambre qui restait quand nous somme arrivé mais c est faux parce que deux autres couples sont arrivés après nous et on leur a attribué des chambres. Et comme si ce n était pas suffisant 5 personnes sont venus toqué tout le temps à notre chambre durant la journée, dont une femme qui est venu pressée, a ouverte la porte alors que l on dormait pour nous dire que le check out c est 11h on doit quitter alors qu on avait réservé jusqu’au lendemain.Bref juste pour dire que je regrette sincèrement d avoir choisi cet hôtel, nous payons chers pour pouvoir le minimum se reposer, mais j ai perdu une journée entière, fatiguée , en manque de sommeil, ce qui a gaché mon sejour

Etablissement bien placé et facile d'accès propre et au calme par contre aucune bouteille d'eau dans la chambre prix de la petite bouteille d'eau 4.50 euros ce qui est abusé. Petit déjeuner correcte mais l'espace petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop étriqué et dans le sous sol, nous étions trop nombreux donc pas assez de place et les tables étaient collé les unes aux autres difficile même de ce déplacer. En somme correcte dans l'ensemble mais pour le prix j'ai connu mieux.
