Aiemman sisäänkirjautumisajankohdan sopiminen sujui erittäin hyvin. Lisäksi sain respassa alusta alkaen todella ystävällistä palvelua. Lähtiessä kerroin respalle huoneeni lavuaarin vetävän heikosti ja asiaan luvattiin pian korjausta. Aspasta 5 tähteä. Aamiaisbuffa oli hyvin tavanomainen, osoittain jopa vaatimaton. Siitä vastaava henksu oli hyvin ystävällistä kuitenkin.

Hotelli on siisti ja hiljainen, paikanpäälle löytäminen ja auton pysäköinti aiheutti päänvaivaa, koska hotellin edessä hakaniemen torilla on mittavat tietyöt jotka valmistunevat aikanaan (ainakin viikonloppuna hiljaista). erinomaiset kulkuyhteydet Metroon, ratikkaan & busseihin.
