We arrived and found another couple staying there for about a week. The property had been double booked. We had the door code and were able to walk in. We were unable to reach the contact person listed. (Call went to voicemail with a full mailbox)
Hotels.com was working hard to help us find another place and gave us full refund. The best advvice and help came from the couple there. We had a very good vacation because of a recommendation they made.
