A couple of my buddies and I played golf near by and chose the BM Beach Resort for an overnight. The room was clean and very quiet. The check in was seamless and the hospitality excellent. I will stay here again the next time I visit RAK.

decent resort, needs to improve a lot for a 4*
rooms are basic and view was bad. cleanliness needs to be better. The rooms access and layout looked more like a dormitory. The resort is family oriented and there were good events around this theme which saved our stay. Other than that nothing much at the resort. Definitely not a 4-star facility. Needs to improve a lot to justify 4-star tag.

Nice Beach and Pool but Rooms are bad.
Beach and Pool is very good and maintained well. Nice compound and good activities. Rooms are old and very small bed. Bathrooms are very small and quality of toiletries are pathetic and cheap. As we spent most of the time outside room it was good but room quality for the price we paid is not good at all. Food is also overpriced especially drinks.

Het is een prettig verblijf in een rustige omgeving, 4 jaar geleden voor het eerst geweest, in een cabana, toen..... zonder animatie en erg luide muziek die tot in kamer doordrong, nu helaas wel, en moest de schuifdeur erg vroeg dicht terwijl je anders lekker buiten kan lezen op je terras. 4 jaar terug was t wsch ook veel rustiger, je hoefde niet al om 9 uur je handdoek langs het zwembad neer te leggen, zoals anderen dit nu wsch deden, jammer als je wat later bent, maar de lifeguard was zo vriendelijk een seintje te geven als er 2 bedden vrijkwamen. Iedereen is erg vriendelijk, maar op zichzelf, niet opdringerig, helaas dit jaar alleen maar Russen gehoord. Maar toch ondanks het lawaai s'avonds, een prettige locatie om tot rust te komen.

Ich will nur das bekommen was ich bezahlt habe
Bei Ankunft in der Nacht, habe ich leider nicht mein Zimmer bekommen was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe. 1 Einzelbett 38 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool 14 Tage lang. Internet - Kostenloses WLAN .... sonder 1 Zimmer ganz hinten mit keinem Blick auf den Pool. Da war auch kein Pool zu sehen. Dann habe ich am nächsten Tag früh extra zuzahlen müssen pro Tag 52,50 DH. das ich ein Zimmer bekommen habe wo auch kein blick auf dem Pool war aber wenigstens in Meer nähe. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Ich will doch nichts extra haben, sonst nur das was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe. Dann war mein Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft den ich 3 Tage lang reklamiert habe immer an der Rezeption. Nichts ist passiert bis mein Mann bei Expedia in Deutschland angerufen habe und denen mein Problem geschildert habe. Expedia hat sofort mein Resort angerufen, bis ich zurück ins Zimmer gekommen bin waren sie schon da und mein Abfluss hat funktioniert !!!! Dieser verstopfte Abfluss hat mich 3 Tage lang soooo geekelt. Mein Lob ... am Pool war Herr NASAR K. immer freundlich, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein fleissiger Mann. Zimmermädchen Marlyn, hilfsbereit, nett, sehr sauber und lacht viel. :O) hat immer eine gute Laune gehabt. Minus ..... Transfer kostet viel Geld 500 Dirham hin und zurück von Hotel aus. Ich habe Glück gehabt das ich im Internet Transfer gefunden habe ..... umsonst!!! Flughafen Dubai - Resort und zurück.
