1. The cleanliness of the hotel room was very poor. Dust was piled up on the closets and shelves, visible to the naked eye, and you could see dust flying with the slightest movement of the hangers. Additionally, the hinge of the shower room's glass door was broken, causing a tremendous noise when opening and closing it, and it did not close properly. Lastly, the toilet's handle was broken, trapping me inside for about 30 minutes.
2. I think the hotel's service response was lacking. When the bathroom door broke in the middle of the night, I urgently requested repairs, but after 20 minutes with no one showing up, I had to ask the reception again. They asked me back, "Hasn't the maintenance staff visited you yet?" making me feel embarrassed. When a guest is in discomfort, they should do their best to resolve the situation, but their attitude was very disappointing.
However, the reason I gave five stars is because of the hotel's Room Director, 'Kim Sang-jin'. Leaving behind a bad stay of 2 nights and 3 days, the Room Director came to me at checkout and apologized sincerely for about 30 minutes. More than any service, a sincere apology was the most perfect reason to give five stars. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I would actively recommend it. The Room Director promised to maintain the best room condition, and I believe that any issues will always be handled politely and promptly.
