Booked this room specially for the Ac/dc concert. Location on the venue is approx 5klms away from Hockenheim Ring. The Room was very Spacious, Large lavish breakfast buffet, Reasonably priced Bar. Ample Parking Space. Very friendly and Helpful Staff. Wifi was a little iffy but i guess thats cause the hotel was full and everyone qas using it.

Great pet friendly hotel
Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly! Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent). The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, and the food quality really was top notch. Town of Reilingen itself is lovely: we stayed on a Sunday in off-peak season, so it was even quieter, but we found a great evening meal in one of the restaurants we were recommended by reception.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Well worth the stay. The glitch was in Expedia during booking stating you would may get a VIP upgrade and a free drink. When you arrive there is nothing of the sort by the hotel....no mention of the VIP nor the drink. Expedia should drop the misinformation and just provide a good rate for the hotel room. The hotel room was good - the Expedia communication was not!

Dirty and old hotel. Room was spacious but basically no one cared about us. They gave the room with a smile and nothing else. No welcome beverage. No water to drink in the room. The condition of the bathroom is max 2-star and the whole hotel is more 3-star, definitely not 4.

When i book, i looked for each option at the hotel. It did said that air conditioning is in a room which it wasn't also on description says bottle of water in room, but it wasn't there. However i just left windows open and that was more than i needed instead of air con and i suppose it was more eco than it can :) Also is in realy quiet area so even with open windows is no sounds you can hear from outside. As for a water didn't wanted to bother reception as we always take a extra bottle with us for just incase. Overall staff is really helpful and friendly. Would come back definitely if it is on the way

Freundliches Personal, ansonsten einige Abstriche
Es war leider etwas laut dort. Obwohl ich bei der Buchung um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatte wurde dies zunächst nicht berücksichtigt. Nach Beschwerde bekam ich dann ein anderes Zimmer, aber in dem Zimmer darüber wurde bis nachts um 2 Uhr rumgetrampelt. Sauber gemacht (Zimmer) wird nur bei rechtzeitiger Beauftragung am Counter. Die Gäste müssen halt ein bisschen beschäftigt werden. Bei der Abreise sollte man früh aufstehen sonst wird man von der Putzfrau geweckt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist OK aber der Kaffe schmeckt gar nicht. Es gibt auch keine Kaffesahne oder Kondensmilch. Das Personal ist ansonsten sehr freundlich. Ich mag es nur nicht wenn man mich in meinem Alter einfach duzt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut.

Totale Enttäuschung... Danke für nichts
Habe das Hotel gebucht weil mit einem schönen neuen Wellnessbereich geworben wurde. Nach Aussage der Rezeption nachdem ich am 31.01.2025 angereist war, ist der Wellnessbereich aus Sicherheitsgründen geschlossen. Leider hat man mir das nicht vorher mitgeteilt. Da hätte ich mir den Aufwand für das Hotel und die Anreise sparen können. Das Zimmer ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen. Bohrlöcher zeigen, dass es mal eine Garderobe gegeben hat. Wenn man das Zimmer im Dunkeln betritt und den Lichtschalter am Eingang betätigt passiert nichts. Um überhaupt etwas sehen zu können erstmal den nächsten erreichbaren Schalter für das Licht im Badezimmer betätigt, dann Nachtisch- und Stehlampe eingeschaltet. Sowohl die Deckenlampe im Eingangsbereich als auch über dem Fernseher konnte ich nicht einschalten. Leider lässt auch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Spinnenweben an der Decke und Inkontinenz-Artikel vom Vorgänger im Abfalleimer im Badezimmer. Echt gruselig. Der Shampoo Spender in der Badewanne war leer und Kosmetiktücher gab es auch keine, da war nicht einmal eine leere Packung in der Halterung. Der Flyer auf dem Bett "Auf Wunsch legen wir los" ...und reinigen Ihr Zimmer klingt da fast schon wie Satire....hätte es gerne schon vorher gereinigt bekommen.
