It was not the best stay e ever have had. The staff in the reception was not friendly - it was not possible to eat in the restaurant - and it was very difficult to park the car.

Quiet leafy area, easy enough to get to/from on tram(albeit 25min). Room was large, clean, bit dated, tv channels drifted in/out, but beer garden a bonus! Didn’t try breakfast/restaurant as Leipzig had more to offer.

What started out good ended in pure disappointment. One of the staff was so rude to a customer that other guests commented the following day saying it was like watching Fawlty Towers IRL. All decided never to return. But the cleaning staff were very nice and did a good job.

War alles recht ansprechend und schön, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Nur die Speisen am Abend im Restaurant dauerten viel zu lange und dann noch verkehrt. Servicekraft versuchte freundlich alles aufzufangen. Trotzdem würden wir es gerne wieder anfahren.

Das schöne Hotel liegt ziemlich weit vom Zentrum, mit der Straßenbahn 15 sind es etwa 12 Haltestellen, Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Prager Str./Russenstr. kann man durch den Park laufen, das ist aber nur ein Waldweg. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig, es gibt alles, was man braucht (Haartrockner, Schminkspiegel und einen großen Spiegel, Safe, Wasserkocher, Kaffe und Tee, Wasser am Anreisetag). Wir waren zufrieden.

Wirklich 4 Sterne?
Vielleicht hatte die Dame am Empfang einen schlechten Tag…. Die Frage nach Frühstück wurde als deutlich zu früh beantwortet …. Ich hatte einen Termin um 07:30! Bein den momentanen Temperaturen vermisst man sehr die Klimaanlage, zumal nach 5 Minuten geöffnetem Fenster die Moskitos die Überhand nehmen. Sonst alles relativ anonym, aber Preis/Leistung ist ok.

Erholung pur
Nach einem winzigen Hotelzimmer in unserem davorliegenden Reiseabschnitt, war es eine Erholung in diesem großen,stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer die letzten 2 Nächte zu übernachten. Auch das Badezimmer erfüllte alle Wünsche einer Reisenden. Die Frühstücklocation war belebend schön und der Service dort auch herrvorragend.
