I really enjoyed coming back to Albergo Terminus after COVID. It’s been about 10 years since I was last here and I could see some improvements. Dining room is adjacent and is outdoors. Should be perfect in Spring and Summer. Food for breakfast was excellent. Omelettes made to order. Room was bigger than last time but didn’t have the view of the lake. Eating buffet breakfast in front of the lake was heavenly.

Elegant but affordable stay in Lake Como

Very close to the train station (14 min walking from Como San Giovanni station and about 5 min from Como Nord Lago. Place is elegant but laid back. Rooms have traditional wood furniture but pops of color and nice window, it’s pretty quiet… no rooms with lake vie but it’s just steps aways from the lake and ferry station. Breakfast was superb! Service was fabulous, would stay there again in a heart beat~

The property is stunning. The service was very good. My only complaint was that once in a floor by elevator, you might still have to walk up 10 steps to the level your room was in, like we did. If you have mobility issues, this can be a vig problem, as it was with us. Otherwise, the restaurant is excellent and beautiful and the rooms comfortable and very pretty.
