This one was surprisingly delightful. Went a couple weeks before Christmas for the Polar express train ride. The hotel was very well decorated. The staff was super friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was very clean, staff were pleasant and responsive. There were no elevators and the front desk offered help to get our bags to our room. They also gave treat bags to my granddaughters, who were riding the Polar Express. Would definitely stay again. Excellent experience!

The king-size room was TINY. The Toilet was toddler-size, with no Grab bar. We needed to help each other off! There was no elevator and breakfast offering was minimlal. Needless to say will never visit again

Very nice budget hotel that is well maintained and clean. Stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. All of the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again if we return to Bryson City.
