The hotel was well located, clean, and had excellent wifi. Great service as well. However, I had 3000 pesos cash stolen from my room during my stay, presumably by cleaning staff.

Great value and location. I upgraded to a double room on the second floor at the back, previously a single by reception. My upgraded room was very quiet, even if the walls were a bit thin. Super friendly staff. I'd definitely stay again. No plastic bottles but a water refill which was excellent.

Faltan ventiladores en los cuartos. El calor estaba fuerte. Hay mucho ruido de un extractor de una propiedad contigua que empieza a las 9 am y termina a las 6 pm . Las escaleras son muy pesadas para subirlas . Entra el sol muy fuerte por la puerta y esta no tiene cortina .

Realmente pasamos una maravillosa estancia en "El Descanso" con la familia. Habitaciones cómodas, muy céntrica para conocer la capital del Puebla de la manera más sencilla. El costo muy accesible, los cuartos nada ostentosos pero muy cómodos para descansar, el baño con agua caliente y muy limpio todos los días. Solo tomen en cuenta que como es un edificio antiguo no tiene elevador (ningún problema para nosotros). Claro que consideraría pernoctar de nuevo en este hotel. Una amabilidad excelente por parte de los responsables del hotel, de inicio el vuelo se retrasó y llegamos cerca de la medianoche al hotel, nos esperaron pacientemente y nos brindaron información para obtener alimentos a esa hora. ¡Recomendado!!!

Excelente servicio, desde el check in hasta la despedida. Todo fue excelente, Es más, un reconocimiento a Doña Pilar que con su trato, sonrisa, plática, actitud y sobre todo su generosidad por los obsequios que me dio, me hizo sentir como si fuera un miembro de su familia. En los muchos años que llevo viajando, nunca me habían tratado con esa calidez.
