This hotel was the perfect choice for our stay, we had a family room and it was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to many other places we visited. And it was very convenient to have a restaurant right on the premises. The staff was very friendly and we felt very safe! The parking is secure, I would stay here again!

Staff was nice, building is old but very clean; surrounding area seemed a bit unsafe, definitely not a touristy area. Conveniently close to the artisan market, but not a lot of places to eat. Our 3 bed Room was very big but the bathroom smelled like sewer.

The hotel felt safe the staff was extraordinary each one of them helpful right down to maintenance it was super clean for sure good walking distance from places the cons no elevator not enough electrical outlets small rooms the bathroom window is to the hallways cold water didnt work in shower the in house restaurant needs better selection but good not average but overall if those are not the bother the pros outweight the cons just because of the location and the staff I would stay there again

I chose this hotel for the second time , first of all , excellent location, but this time unfortunately after I requested first floor , they booked me at 3rd floor , front desk lady terrible welcome, I felt she was doing me a favor been there , smelly room, I complained about it next morning they placed me in a different room right after In the mean time I got breakfast but the waitress at the restaurant completely rude , bad manners, I wanted more coffee and she gave me left overs!!! I did not say I wanted for free. Terrible experience !!

Hotel had their service truck parked in the best parking space. Would not respond to intercom at gate in reasonable time. No soap for bathroom vanity. Mold in bathroom ceilings. Toilet seat was so undersized that you sat on rim of toilet. Shower curtain was short so bathroom floor flooded. Toilet paper dispenser was crooked so toilet paper kept falling off. Shower fixtures were rusted and was not able to get a correct temperature. The furniture is old and super cheap. Wood doors had dry white paint stains from the walls. No landline in the room. The hotel quality is a 1 star, with the price of a 3 star. The pictures on Expedia look like a different hotel room.
