It was just okay. I understand that we stayed during a remodeling period but there was literally supplies just laying out all over the property. There was no effort to keep things out of the way for guest and on the 3rd floor that i stayed on the lights were literally just hanging down from the ceiling. Even with them being in the middle of remodeling I can’t say that i would want to give the place a second chance. At least the staff was friendly and the actual room itself was clean.

Worst night in history! Terrible! Filthy, unhealthy, disgusting. Room down the hall had a pack of large logs that echoed their barking all night long. Staff is inept and uncaring. The single worst hotel experience you can imagine.

This is by far the best budget hotel in VA Beach. The family that runs it is so nice. The place is clean and the location is amazing! This is my go to hotel, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else,

Location was everything! We were happy to find a cheaper hotel so near the ocean. We absolutely loved the balcony! It wasn't the cleanest hotel we have stayed in, but we expected sand to get everywhere, so we didnt mind. Would definitely stay here again!

Location Location!
The hotel is great for it's location right on the oceanfront. The pool area, including bar with music and frozen treats, were very fun to have! Downside was the property is fairly run down, lots of stains on carpets, the free breakfast contained little to no protein options, and the pool and lobby were wide-open for access to anyone (key entry was not required).
