I would have rated this hotel 3 stars, or OK, but it was comfortable and clean. Now I see why "clean" is the most-liked aspect of this hotel; it is a little worn. The breakfast is adequate, as are the rooms. But I needed a budget hotel, and this was a safe, quiet, reasonably comfortable place to overnight for a graduation.

I can’t believe this place wasn’t busier the two times we’ve stayed here. The price is more than fair, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and for both of our stays the staff was so helpful and friendly. With every return trip to Roanoke, I’ll be staying at this hotel.

Great stop on our road trip. Pet fee was $15 which is great. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM, so we didn't get to it but the room was good and warm. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was adequate and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, but it was a huge turnoff to see signs plastered all over the breakfast room that we were not allowed to take breakfast to our rooms. I mean, honestly, I greatly prefer to eat in my own room and not in a common area. It just really felt like a slap in the face to customers who paid to stay there.
