This hotel has so much potential, the building is very modern. Sadly a few aspects let the whole experience down.
1. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard one would expect, we found a used tissue,with what a hope was dark blood on it, as well as food crumbs in our room.
2. The room lacked what would normally be classed as basics, there was not shower gel or shampoo and not even hand soap! We also didn't receive any robes or extra towels, which you would expect at a SPA hotel!
3. The costumer service was outright poor, the people sitting at the reception could not speak English and genrally had a negative/dismissive attitude. We also came back to the hotel one night around 23:00 and had no idea how to get back in, we had to ring a number we found online, not fun being locked outside your hotel for 30 mins when it's freezing outside!
4. The "spa", i.e. the pool and sauna was disappointing and much smaller than the images would have you believe, you are also watched by a "guard" who shouts at you if you do the smallest thing wrong, for example going directly from the sauna to the pool without showering (isn't that what you are supposed to do???!!) the way he kept staring at us made it very hard to relax.
On the plus side the breakfast was decent and the hotel is in a great location only a few hundred metres from the beach.
