Great decor and helpful staff
Darrell, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful old historic art deco building with an amazing atrium. Rooms also very unusually decorated, not at all the usual drab and unimaginative hot rooms. Very friendly front desk!
Thomas, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location and charming. Parking pricey for off site and the area outside the hotel is a little rough. Still it’s my favorite place to stay in Providence.
Christopher, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was unusually cold in Providence when we were there and there was no way to turn off the AC and there was no option to turn on the heat to take the chill off. That said, the hotel staff was very kind and brought us a number of additional blankets.
Julia, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful, historic space; clean; friendly staff; well-located to walk to dining, shopping, and public transportation options. Downsides: the central air in our room was very loud, so you may want earplugs; the hot beverage selection in the room was only coffee, no tea.
Nicole, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The rooms were clean. The design of the room was very odd. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Brittany, 1-night trip

Beautiful Lobby & Mezzanine. The rest? Not so muc

No heat! They haven’t turned it on as of 10/1. It was cold. They had to bring up space heaters. The bridge from the parking garage to the hotel was closed. Had to walk about a half block to get to the entrance. Staff was nice. Hotel is dated but that may be part of its advertised charm. The lobby is awesome. The room not so much. No Kleenex or toilet paper refills. Bed was comfy. The attached restaurant was dreary. Also no heat cause the hotel wouldn’t turn it on.
Paul, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Cute decor and architecture. Very poor lighting in room and bathroom, as well as low water pressure. The gym was decently equipped.
Danya, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The building is definitely very old, but the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. The room was also very spacious with double king sized beds. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. Housekeeping switched out the towels each day. The only disappointment was that there was no water available anywhere! I didn’t see a fountain or vending machine anywhere. I think the only option to buy water was at the coffee shop.
Leslie, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Our room was spacious, clean and modernized amidst some beautiful old-school features. I loved the attention to detail in the decor and artwork too. Overall a great place to stay, definitely would come back!
Meaghan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very convenient location for shopping and dining
Nefertere, 1-night trip

Beautiful historic hotel

I stayed for a quick family getaway before my son headed off to college. What a lovely, historic hotel! We lived the decor, the furnishings, proximity to ask the areas we wanted to visit. It was a short walk to Waterfire and Federal Hill. The only complaint I have was the instant coffee in the rooms. For such a plush hotel, it's below standard. Keep the electric hot water kettle, add a pour-over coffee maker with real coffee selections. Otherwise, the beds were so comfortable, it was quiet, the carpets felt clean. It was 2 old rooms converted to one suite so we had a living room and a huge closet. We plan to be back in the future and stay a week.

Staff was great, rooms are nice- bathrooms could be updated
Michael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The Graduate Hotel has a lot of personality. Parking was costly and a short walk. The bathroom needed some work. Lighting was cute but quite darkened. Shower bar was struggling to remain in its location. The service by all was exceptional!
