My experience was not so good, being on the 29th floor was so hard trying to get one the elevator took excessive wait time to get on and get off, I understand only 2 elevator were working but make the only 2 elevators come quicker at least. Also, in the check in area I was trying to use my $10 credit however I couldn’t use it because there were no water bottle available or stocked up . I told the front desk concierge and she stated they will stock up and let me know. So I’ve waited patiently but I assume they were so concern to attend the check- in guess that she forgot about my water. I went somewhere else to purchase my water. Lastly, my son breakfast plate had a piece of short hair, I didn’t make a big fuss because my son enjoyed the breakfast and I didn’t want to be a big hassle, I wanted to enjoy my stay which was ok, could of been better.
