The hotel is very clean and nice. People at the front desk are very friendly. The room was spacious. The gym at the roof top is excellent. We really love the view from the roof top, great place to bring your drinks and just seat and relax. This hotel even have a game room which we didn’t use, but in case someone is staying with kids it might be very useful. The location is perfect, only 15 minutes Uber drive from El Angel Independencia. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel was exceptional. Daniel made our stay very welcoming. The cameras and security at the front desk made us feel safe. The room was spacious. We loved the refrigerator and I want to microwave in the kitchen. We were walking distance to neighborly shopping. My mom and I were at ease because of him and the staff. While visiting Mexico City my mom had an accident and was unable to walk up the stairs. Daniel and Ricardo quickly ran to help me mom. They carried her up to her room without me asking. Their hospitality was over overwhelming. I offered to tip them and they would accept it.

I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view. My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️

The location is good. Lots of good dining options, markets, coffee shops all within walking distance. The apartments are just ok. It’s a weird triangle shaped building. Rooms are odd, no tv service at all other than some apps like Netflix or YouTube that you have to use your own sign ins. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Very busy and noisy street at all hours. Hard to sleep with all the traffic noise. Staff is mostly nice. Except for the one female security guard. She always seems bothered and won’t open the door for you like the others. Fernanda was the best and most courteous. Always cheerful and helpful. Overall this place is safe and just ok.

Wouldn’t recommend, was surprised by the rating ! Bad: Plumbing was very smelly. The whole trip (we bought room spray to help). I felt nauseous upon arrival. Worst water pressure of anywhere Ive ever stayed. I have long hair and it was awful! Coffee tables in the living room is chipped/ stained, blinds dirty in the living room. Couch had a big melted mark on it. Couch very unfinished Kitchen: no salt, pepper or oils to cook with Coffee 3 pods for 6 days (we bought our own and they did refill once cleaning) Toilet paper- we were there 6 nights (they gave us 1 roll… we had to ask for more) Good things: Staff was nice. Especially ISAAC spacious, kitchen had everything we needed (no salt, pepper or oils to cook with though. ) Beds comfortable (I like a hard bed) Windows on street side quite good for noise reduction Spacious overall- bathroom/ living room Rooftop is nice (but couldn’t figure out the lights at night) Area is fairly close to roma norte & condessa, but some transient people (looks rough at night upon arrival but quickly got more comfortable during the day) Nice coffee shop next door

It was a disaster. The room was unimpressive to begin with. We arrived in the evening and had no hot water. One of the nice front desk people (they were all very nice- the only good point) came to the room and jump started the hot water. The water in the sink could not be regulated and there was never hot water in the kitchen. We paid online in advance for 2 housekeepings since there was no daily service, as there is with most places. On the am of the first scheduled cleaning, we reminded the front desk and they assured that it would happen. We got back to the room that night around 8 pm and the room had not been touched- dirty towels still on the bathroom floor where we had left them. The second cleaning was never done. There was no railing from the steer level up to the apt. building and my husband fell once. There were a lot of cigarette butts on a horizontal screen outside our bedroom window which looked out onto a broken up wall of concrete. The cigarettes were apparently thrown out upper level windows. We paid a lot of money for a week stay and were obviously very disappointed.
