Location was great in the Gangnum area. The only downside (but not an issue) is that the lounge furniture is dated but apart from that, everything was great as bedrooms /bathroom decor was super clean & comfortable. Would stay here again.

Upmarket older decor style hotel with bakery attached and Coex Mall just outside the main entrance. Beds big and comfortable. Kitchen facilities and laundry. Family of 4 stayed with 2 bathrooms plenty of space. Two big TVs. Just a bit pricey.

Its just a top notch 5 star hotel. And the staff are phenomenal. I forgot my backpack in a taxi! It had my laptop, passport and wallet. The staff made calls and stayed with me for more than 3 hours until the driver was located and returned the backpack with all contents! The moral compass of South Koreans should never be understated.

I had a 2 bedroom and absolutely love it..had all the convenience of home with a full kitchen and washer/dryer but the added bonus with a daily cleaning and full hotel amenities. There was plenty of food option and shopping right below the hotel so you would not have to venture outside if it's too cold. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back

The Oakwood is a residence hotel. I had stayed here before, and the experience was the same: a top-level hotel with nice amenities. The room was big and even had a washing machine. Recommend to anyone with an extended stay.

We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the spacious unit. The hotel staffs are also very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to their guestsโ€™ needs. Location is convenient as itโ€™s connected to COEX. Definitely will consider staying here again our next visit!

Fantastic stay at Oakwood. The staff was A++ in friendliness and helpfulness. They even helped us book a last minute boat ride. The location was convenient with coex mall connected to the building. On rainy days, you could spend the entire day there. Rooms and housekeeping were also clean. Thank you, staff for a comfortable stay!

Attached to coex. Good area. Convenient to walk around. Size of room great but bathroom needs a new shower head and restoration. Bad smell in shower, very old shower head. Surprised no rain shower and old shower head. housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning shower floor area either. Mat not cleaned nor moved. Waited a bit kong for a personnel with cart to move us. Staff at front desk could speak more English.

We booked the 2 -bedroom suite and it was amazing. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday, trash bin in the kitchen had segregation for recycling, regular trash, and food wastes. We used the kitchen a lot to make ramyeon or heat up left overs and was equipped with a full-sized refrigerator with freezer. My kids love banana milk and iced coffee so we would buy them from the convenience store downstairs and would put them in the fridge so they can have them anytime. The hotel has a passage on the basement level to get to COEX mall. It was super convenient as the girls would just go shopping on their own while I get some work done. Yes, there are 2 huge desk areas in the suite where I can setup my laptop with 2 extended monitors. There were only a couple of regular power outlets while the rest was type E/F plugs so make sure to bring adapters. The suite was also equipped with washer-dryer combo but it took 3 hrs to do 1 load and clothes come out still very damp so youโ€™d still have to hang them; they have a drying rack available as well. And the bidet in the master bathroom had different options to suit your tush, LOL! I wished they had installed one in the guest bathroom also. Also, the shower has a steam room which weโ€™ve used everyday! With all the amenities in out hotel suite, it sure was tough leaving Korea! We will definitely come back to this hotel!
