Lovely Stay

The hotel was amazing, everything was okay, but i should tell you and recommend you need to set 24/7, people speak english. Especially a night shifts, we did not get in so much trouble because i speak English but if my husband comes alone ,he will feeling very frustrating. Other things made me upset was yesyerday sitting in the gardens bar leaving my place to go bathroom, my husband was jumped for a prostitute asking if he was a service. I want to believe this was an isolate issue.

What I loved was the Rooms r clean and beatiful tv is nice and the inside staff is good. The parking lot has a security and a guy with a white shirt who are evil and big liars and manipulators. I ordered food from the outside and uber eats and they tell the delivery guys from uber to wait outside the facility.I came down to see and they lied to me saying they dont know what is going and they never saw an uber eats delivery so i went out the facility and I saw the delivery uber eats waiting for me.He told me that the security said wait outside and i pointed to the security guard to see if they were the same people he said yes. So when the security guard saw me talking to the uber eats delivery he was scared that i found out he was lying .So he tried to smile at me as he was ashamed I saw that he was a bum ass liar and for what reason. If uber delivery man cant enter the facility ok but let me know he s there you dont have to lie and be a broke poor liar. Because of him my 1st delivery of food left and i lost my money but the second time i went down personally. Thats how i found out they are liars

The hotel facility where great, check before booking if there is an event host..... No parking spaces for the guest where save, we had to park our car in a wherehouse at the end of the main cargo área, we were guess...... so many tráfic in the públic área that we could not even find a space to seat and have a drinks, we order room service which was 5 start service, we want it to have dinner in one of the Restaurants but couldn't bevasue there where so much people attending the event that the noise was unberiable. The day after was another hotel. The event was over and we could enjoy the peace and the áreas at it should be. I believe the hotel adm should and can plammed better for Spaces taht guest that are the one to stay have more accomodation. Overall 3 start stay
