Fine enough hotel but spending so much time waiting for and getting into and out of the lift was painful. When I spoke to the front desk they couldn’t have cared less. While Lifts are full they continue to open on every floor. Paying $600 a night for the privelege I couldn’t have been more unimpressed

Waiting time for the lift is very long each time, worst during breakfast and check-out time. The lift button always no response to keep the door open, every second day I saw someone missed the lift, door close too quick, when the door half close, you press the lift button, the door will not open, just keep closing.

Good location but unfortunately I was very impressed and surprised by the cockroaches also living on the 20 floor. This demonstrate bad cleaning and or lack of routines. Most likely the first and last time at four points in Myongdong.
