"Terrible. Room had spiders and spider webs, stained comforter, stained sink, soap scum, sink was from 1940’s, tv didn’t work. No privacy- window in door, could hear everything in next room. Told proprietor, no apology, no adjustments. Cleaned the room and there was still a spider hanging from web over shower. Coffee was cold, only creamer was almond milk. A complete rip-off."

"The staff did their best to maneuver around the renovations. It would have been helpful to know about them for expectation management. Spacious rooms, but washroom in need if updating. Very dog friendly. I would give them another chance and stay again"
