"After being stuck and stranded in the airport due to flight cancellations , this hotel service was prompt, safe, and so accommodating for me and my children. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. I have lived in the area of this hotel and can assure anyone visiting Trinidad for the first time or haven't experienced their service yet this is a must do ! "
