"Genuinely exceptional stay. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quietly professional, always present without ever being intrusive. The owner is visible throughout the day and in the restaurant every evening, making sure guests are comfortable and everything runs perfectly. The entire place is spotless: immaculate uniforms, tidy bar, calm atmosphere, and a real sense of pride in the work. My room faced the main seafront road into Essaouira from Diabat, yet I didn’t hear a single trace of traffic noise, a remarkable level of peace and soundproofing. The location is a little out of the way, but that’s an advantage: it’s quieter, more relaxed, and only an 8 MAD taxi ride to the Medina. The pool area and restaurant are spotless, and the food is excellent. For the standard of service and comfort provided, you’d easily pay double or more in the UK. Outstanding value, beautifully run, and genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended.

"Really super hotel. Staff amazing esp Ahmed at Beach Bar, Imad at breakfast and our chambermaid Nazah. There is some refurbishment underway but no impact to our stay and it’s good to see the investment. The hotel is ideally located with its own beach area and bar which we used a lot. "
"Delightful, traditional style riad in the heart of the medina, so convenient to everything in the medina. The staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. I would definitely stay there again."
"A pearl in the Medina indeed. A wonderful room, facing the pounding Atlantic, with easy access to all of Essaouira. The breakfast was a great start to the day. My hamman and massage -- like my wife's pedicure and facial -- were refreshing, relaxing and effective. Add the amazing staff, and we'd come here anytime Essaouira calls."

The riad was in a perfect location, it was in the centre of the medina with everything so close by. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed.
The breakfast was great and the staff were responsive - Rita was brill!
The riad itself was gorgeous, with a lovely rooftop and a great lounge area. We got some great restaurant recommendations from staff too.
I definitely will be coming back to this beautiful riad and Essaouira ❤️
